一、廣州進口食品報關清關流程

1.進口商公司必須擁有海關及檢疫的進出口備案，需要有進口出權才能進口，如果沒有進出口權又想進口商品，那么可以**我司進出口權進口。

2.進口商需向工商部門申請（食品流通許可證）。

所指預包裝食品進口辦理標簽，認監(jiān)委的合格進口允許。

4.進口產品得到允許后，在發(fā)貨需辦理標簽備案。

5.找報關公司代理，商檢抽樣報關等事。

6.中國檢驗檢疫局的合格證書，產品加貼中文標簽即可出售。

First, Guangzhou imported food customs clearance process

1. The importer company must have the import and export filing of customs and quarantine. It needs to have the right to import and import. If there is no import and export right and want to import goods, then we can rely on the import and export rights of our company.

2. The importer needs to apply to the industrial and commercial department (food circulation permit).

The import of pre-packaged food refers to the label first, and the qualified import permit of the Certification and Accreditation Administration is obtained.

4. After the imported products are allowed, the label must be filed for delivery.

5. Find agent of customs declaration company, commodity inspection and sample declaration.

6. Obtain the certificate of conformity of the China Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and the product can be sold with the Chinese label.

二、收貨人備案的流程

1、進口商填寫食品收貨人備案申請表。

2、工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、對外貿易經營者備案登記表、進出口貨物報關登記證、自理報檢備案登記表等復印件并校驗正本；

3、企業(yè)質量安全管理制度、進口食品流通許可證、日常工作管理制度表、經營范圍 存放地點說明等

4、提供兩年內曾從事食品進口、加工和銷售的相關說明。

5、擬定經營進口食品的種類、存放地點、并實記錄進口化妝品流向，記錄保存期限不得少于2年。

6、收貨人必須要有食品經營相關范圍;

7、收貨人要有食品流通許可證;

1. The importer fills in the food consignee filing application form.

2. Copy of industrial and commercial business license, foreign trade operator registration registration form, import and export cargo declaration registration certificate, self-inspection registration record registration form, etc., and verify the original;

3. Enterprise quality and safety management system, import food circulation permit, daily work management system, business scope, storage location description, etc.

4. Provide relevant instructions for food import, processing and sales within two years.

5. Formulate the types and storage locations of imported foods, and record the flow of imported cosmetics. The record period shall not be less than 2 years.

6. The consignee must have a relevant scope for food business;

7. The consignee must have a food circulation permit;
